Though history has always been a horrifying subject for most of us in school days, this time history is going to entertain you as it has been turned into a film and showcased on the silver screen to entertain you. Yes!!! You got right. We are talking about recently released a historical romance film Bajirao Mastani.
The third Friday of December 2015 has already gained a lot of popularity due to the clash of two big release DILWALE and BAJIRAO MASTANI. Well!!! It will take some to get decided which one was successful to steal the heart of the audience. But here, we are going to analyse Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh starrer Bajirao Mastani.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE STORY OF BAJIRAO MASTANI
This film is directed and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali which revolves around the story of the Maratha warrior Bajirao and his second wife Mastani. On the other hand, Priyanka is seen in this film playing the role of first wife Kashibai. This film takes you to the era of the 18th century, where you find unconditional love between Peshwa Bajirao and his second wife Mastani. Bajirao won 40 battles against the Mughals in order to create united Bharat but come to the knee for his love to Mastani. But what happened when Kashibai come across that Bajirao has fallen in love with another woman?
WHAT KIND OF MESSAGES IS PREACHED
Bajirao Mastani comes with an excellent message for the audience. When Kashibai comes to know, Bajiaro has fallen in love with Mastani. She does not surrender but decided to against destiny. Bur for the only sake of her husband’s happiness, she goes along with the situation. Though it’s period film, teach us important lesson of love.
PERFORMANCE AND LOOK
If it comes about the performance, all three did not leave any stone to leave the marks. Hat off to Priyanka Chopra who gets less screen time but does not let you feel like that. Apart from less screen time, she adds shine to the movie with her excellent acting including body languages, gesture, dressing sense and the way of dialogue delivery. On the other hand, Deepika also played her character of Mastani very well. Besides the two lovely ladies, Ranveer has also made news because of his stylish moustache. He comfortably slips into the character. Ranveer performed amazingly and make us think if he was the same who played the character of Bittoo and Ricky Bahal.
DO NOT THINK IT WILL REVIVE THE MEMORY OF MUGHAL-E-AZAM
If you are thinking that BajiRao Mastani can be compared to Mughal-e-Azam then you are wrong. Though, the film is good from all angles including music, costumes, jewellery; but still too far to create the same magic flaunt by Mughal-e-Azam. Seeing Priyanka and Deepika in the song Pinga will revive the memory of Devdas where Aishwarya and Madhuri played an enthralling dance performance.
FILM IS FULL OF HIGH VOLTAGE DIALOGUES
Dialogues are also quite meaningful and you will enjoy dialogues like “Duniya ka har dharm mohabbat sikhata hai, Mohabbat ka koi dharm nahi hota. Mohabbat khud hi dharm hai”. Apart from it, one of Ranveer Singh’s dialogues is being liked by the audience “doobta sooraj, khilta chand, bewaqt ki baarish, dharm ki zanjeer and mohabbat ki aag”
Though, Marathi language has also been used in this movie as per the demand of the movie but does not let you bore since it has been amalgamated with Hindi excellently. As per audience, the movie was good and quite entertaining too. Sanjay Leela Bhanshali got success to execute it on screen in a lovely manner. The way of narrating story is just outstanding and enough to convince you. In a nutshell, it can be said that the film is quite entertaining from every angle.
